Now known as Fairway Park, these Wilmington, DE apartments used pedestrian bridges for access from the parking areas to the main entryways of the buildings. Jamison Masonry Restoration was contracted to fully remove and replace the pedestrian traffic waterproof membrane on these bridges, as well as to perform necessary concrete repairs to the bridge planks.
