Customer service of course begins with the first contact with your contractor's
representative, usually via telephone or a sales encounter. However, your main
contact with our company will usually be through our field employees. Again, as
a merit shop contractor, "our" employees understand the importance and value of
working with the client in a professional, courteous, and truthful manner. They
know where their paycheck ultimately comes from.
