The Organization
Jamison Masonry Restoration is owned and operated by Frank and Jim Jamison and
their sister Patty McNamara. They have been in business together since 1989. The
company is sustained by a business philosophy based on safety, quality, customer
service, and productivity.
In abiding with a total commitment to our client, extensive measures are taken to
insure that all Jamison Masonry Restoration employees have the proper skills,
conduct themselves appropriately, maintain a neat and clean job site during all
phases of work and complete all work within the time-frame allotted by our customer.
Jamison Masonry Restoration believes that in order to provide consistent quality
workmanship to our customers, it is important that long lasting relationships with
employees be developed and maintained. As a merit shop contractor, Jamison
Masonry Restoration is supported in the field by 12 professionally trained and
highly skilled masonry restoration craftsmen (both journeymen and apprentices)
on a full-time basis. Their dedication and superior skills are a major contributing
factor for continued corporate success and accelerating growth; and their
participation in company sponsored education programs insure our ability as a
company to stay on the leading edge in masonry restoration technology.
Customer service of course begins with the first contact with your contractor's
representative, usually via telephone or a sales encounter. However, your main
contact with our company will usually be through our field employees. Again, as
a merit shop contractor, "our" employees understand the importance and value of
working with the client in a professional, courteous, and truthful manner. They
know where their paycheck ultimately comes from.
Our employees are not paid on a fixed scale. They are individually measured by
ability, attitude, effort, productivity, and results. We believe that this reward
system aids in keeping us competitive and creating value for our customers.
Jamison Masonry Restoration is committed to providing the finest quality
materials and superior workmanship while remaining competitive and responsive to
customers. The company has the technical and financial capabilities to handle
capital projects, but remains receptive to jobs of a smaller scope.
Jamison Masonry Restoration is fully insured and bonded and will provide
certificates as required.
The main office is conveniently located in suburban Philadelphia to ensure
accessibility and quick response to the entire Delaware Valley.
